Cock Robin is one of my absolute favorite bands EVAH!
The band was little recognized here in the states, but in
the 1980s when they had their main output of work, they
became huge in Europe (where good taste and talent is
recognized.)
The forming member of the band, Peter Kingsbery, is
a singer/songwriter/bassist/keyboardist/heartthrob, has
a hauntingly smooth yet textured voice that sends shivers.
He and Anna LaCazio (also lead vocals and keyboards)
are the lasting influence of the band, who have remained
together throughout several incarnations of the group,
have a kicking impact when their unique voices merge.
You have to hear it to believe it....it's magic. I was hard
pressed to select just one song to demonstrate what the
duo have to offer.
