Kate Bush can do no wrong, and this is probably one of her songs that
moves me the most (although there's a battle as to how many are there
at the top!)
Incidentally, it also did get surprising radio play back in the day, as
well as inclusion on several movie and TV soundtracks due to the
content.
For me, though, as someone who has spent too many nights in waiting
rooms and beside hospital beds, it's personal and it cuts like a knife.
Only those of us who have endured can see the place she expertly
reveals in this song.
