"Across the Universe" is a powerhouse of a movie with a delicious
interpretation of The Beatles' legacy in music and cultural impact.
"Let it Be" takes the backdrop of the Detroit riots and the Vietnam
War and uses it as a poignant basis for reinventing the song in Gospel
form.
Carol Woods and Timothy T. Mitchum give phenomenal vocals
to this masterfully filmed and edited piece. It's part of a larger story,
but the brilliant artistry makes this video more than stand on its own.
