This is one of the best music videos--nay, short films--that I have ever
seen. Of course the heartbreak of Cee Lo's affected voice and his
intonations are superb and compelling, but the blend of the two creates
a perfect ride showcasing the journey (and short lifespan) of romantic
love.
Truly it's a powder keg devoid of promise's meaning. This song and video
testify to it with visceral completeness.
